I've been a long time repeat customer. Used to have no problem ordering. Now almost every time they are out of stock. Wouldn't be a problem if it didn't take 5 months to restock, and then they are gone again. Don't notify us they are restocked if you only have 100 dolls. Here I am trying to use my kind reward points, they keep disappearing. They show I have them, ecourage me to use them, then I try and they aren't there. I have used ALL resources to get help today, text, email, chat, and phone. Someone answered my text but answered as if they didn't even read my issue. Called- no one available and had to leave a message. Chat....been sitting there at queue position 1 for longer than my lunch break allowed. I've emailed as well, which that form I would expect to take a while. To add insult to injury, I got a text saying Max the cat tnes to sell out fast, we recommend purchasing while you still can! He is in your cart and wants to come out. So, should I order and pay full price and hope they will credit me the amount I should have not paid with the use of my points? Finally got someone on chat who suggested I pay full price and just save more points. Well why would I want to go through this again next time? I don't feel like an appreciated VIP customer at all. You should get more stock before you tell thousands of people your doll is back in stock when only 100 are available. So upset and disappointed. So my chat helper was checking something for me and then disappeard. My favorite was the website that says Happiness Guarantee.
I have purchased 2 cuddle + kind toys for my son (and he isn’t even born yet!), the regular sized Kola and regular sized Elephant and I am so happy with both of them! They are adorable, and great quality. When I purchased the regular Elephant I received the small Elephant in error, messaged the company and almost immediately apologizing, and saying they’d already processed a replacement order for the correct toy. I am SO impressed with their customer service and will definitely continue doing business with them. I’m sure my son, and nieces and nephews, will end up with big cuddle + kind collections now!
They are beautifully made and make for a great gift that keeps on giving! Shipping can take a bit of time, but it seems to be because they are becoming so popular. Order in advance and be patient. Its worth the wait!
Received these as a Christmas Gift and Love Them!
I was so excited to order these dolls but have been waiting almost a month and haven't received them. Their shipping communication is horrible and as other people have said they blame it on USPS. My package apparently hasn't left Buffalo, NY since the 16th of December. I have ordered other things up to a few days before Christmas and have received those items with USPS details when they were coming. There has been no tracking from this company. If I had received updated emails with apologies in the packages being so late, I would feel much better about the transaction. Such a big disappointment!
Needs a lot of help. Latest drops are a MESS. releasing high demand products with very low stock and just says over and over again they will be back. each drop seems to have less inventory. shouldn’t be promoting sold out products so hard when you can barely get them. I have two dolls already but after dealing with them this year I am considering donating and never buying again. There are better companies for hand knit dolls who care more about their customer base. CK only cares about the money. Don’t bother with them.
Can’t keep up with demand. Always out of stock and no info on when they’re getting more stock. Run sales and have barely anything available anyway. Need a new business manager.
Ordered. Did not receive because USPS claims they can not deliver to a residential home.

The items were a gift, where should I send them? Another address. What address would I use to send a gift? Another address.
I guess you can not send a gift.
Have not received items ordered and CK is doing nothing to resolve the issue.
Ultimately, I feel this is a political issue with the current USPS situation, but I only ordered the items, I am not in control of the shipping or delivery.
Issue unresolved.
